The Second Annual Houston Fine Art Fair Friday, September 14 through Sunday, September 16

The second annual Houston Fine Art Fair returns for an eagerly awaited encore. Last year, 10,500 enthusiastic art lovers explored the offerings of 83 dealers. As the first ever fine art fair in Houston, it blew the cover off the country’s best-kept secret. With the rousing success in show attendance and impressive art sales, Houston is now becoming recognized as the new cultural gem of the US – home to major museums, a thriving gallery scene and a strong base of passionate collectors and patrons.

The fair moves to Reliant Center this year in efforts to grow into and serve as the anchor art event of the south central region. As the leading entertainment complex in the state, many of the best attended cultural, sporting and public events in Texas are held at Reliant Center. The fair site is adjacent to Reliant Park, home stadium of the popular NFL Houston Texans. Reliant Center also neighbors the world respected Houston Medical Center.

To learn more, please visit The Houston Fine Art Fair.

SAVE THE DATE: TALA Fall Gala Saturday, November 10, 2012

Please join TALA on Saturday, November 10, 2012 from 7:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. for “Cirque des Arts,” a celebration of Texas art and music inspired by the sensory overload sensation of a circus and rave fusion! The Cirque des Arts Gala will be held at the Gremillion Gallery in Rice Village (2501 Sunset Boulevard, Houston, TX 77005), providing an architecturally inspiring backdrop for our three-ring affair, featuring live “cirque-tacular” performances by gifted artists in the circus genre.

Guests are encouraged to “Cirque” up their attire, finding inspiration in the fanciful and daring whimsy of the elegant international Big-Top performance troupe. Come for the fun, stay for the performances, and leave with some art!

Please contact TALA at 713-526-4876 or [email protected] to reserve your table or to donate art towards the auction.
