TALA is partnering with our friends at Capitol View Arts and Big Medium to host a copyright seminar and clinic! If you’re in Austin and need to register a copyright, join us on Tuesday, January 30 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM Central at the new Big Medium exhibit space.
The event will kick off with a presentation on copyright by attorney Gwen Seale. Afterwards you will have the opportunity to start your copyright application with the help of additional copyright attorneys on site. Don’t forget to bring your computer!
All artists attending this seminar at Big Medium will be eligible to have their copyright registration fees covered. Come out, learn about copyright, complete the registration and file, all for free!
All artists are welcome to attend – we look forward to answering your questions about the registration form and helping you get started. Our goal is to empower artists of all disciplines – visual arts, music, film, literature – to register future copyrights down the road!
