Join the Texas Tech Office of Research Commercialization and Innovation Hub at Research Park for a free Intellectual Property Workshop presented in partnership with the TALA (Texas Accountants and Lawyers for the Arts), the Intellectual Property Law Section of the State Bar of Texas (IP Section), and the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).

The workshop will be held Tuesday, September 29 at the Innovation Hub at Research Park in Lubbock.

Designed for inventors, entrepreneurs, researchers, small businesses, and creators, this full-day workshop will provide practical guidance on protecting intellectual property, including patents, trademarks, copyrights and trade secrets. Attendees will also learn about patent and federal trademark searching through presentations from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
The afternoon will feature 20-minute one-on-one sessions with participating attorneys.
