An invaluable seminar designed for arts organizations of all sizes, James Prappas will discuss the many temporary visa categories offered, how to deciper which one might best apply to your visiting artist, best practices to navigate through a sea of ever-changing legislation, and things your organization can do in advance to insure a more positive working relationship with the INS. Mr. Prappas will host a Q&A session afterwards.
James D. Prappas has extensive experience in nonimmigrant visas including the international transfer of key personnel and treaty trader/treaty investors, employment based immigrant visas, family immigration, I-9 matters, naturalization and derivative citizenship. Mr. Prappas is included in the 2011 edition of The Best Lawyers in America under Immigration Law.
