“What’s It Worth?” at United Way of Greater Houston Presented by Houston TSCPA Foundation, United Way of Greater Houston, and TALA, Wednesday, October 13, 2010

Addressing the questions that cahllenge nonprofits with respect to gifts, this presenation will consider the importance of having, and how to design, a formal gift acceptance policy that addresses critical elements.
Other issues covered will ve: determining fair market value; deductibility of contributions, disclosures of donors; valuing auciton items; appraisals and more. Don’t miss this opportunity to get answers to all those challenging questions regarding contributed goods and services.
