Join TALA as we discuss the moral rights granted in the Visual Artists Rights Act. Plus we’ll talk about common scenarios and answer questions regarding copyright ownership, the right of publicity, and licenses for commercial use. He attended the University of Texas at Austin before attending Texas A&M School of Law focusing on intellectual property, international business, and immigration.
